ba2extract.exe – Extract contents from BA2 archives
scriptdump.exe – Disassemble compiled .pex script files

Installation Guide

Extract the downloaded .7z file using 7-Zip.
Copy all files to the Fallout 4 installation folder (same as Fallout4.exe).
Merge the provided Data folder into your game’s existing Data folder.
Always launch Fallout 4 using f4se_loader.exe.

F4SE will not operate if launched using the regular Steam shortcut. Steam must run in the background.

For Vortex and Mod Organizer 2 Users

You may install F4SE manually and use it with your favorite mod manager:

In Vortex, set the game launcher to f4se_loader.exe
In Mod Organizer 2, add a new executable pointing to f4se_loader.exe
